The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie 2 Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions to the community.

SASSA will likely be rendering companies such as new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer care enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency explained it is actually alarmed with regards to the high variety of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The aim from the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out into a significant range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no thoroughly functional office committed to service the area daily. The company place made for intervention activities a large influx of potential beneficiaries, that makes it tricky to the office to attend to all people who visit a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more means to help the servicing of all buyers and enhance entry to Social Assistance solutions,” the agency said.
